Eastern Arizona baseball faced off against Phoenix College in a two-game series on Saturday, March 30th.
Coach Kimball commended the strong pitching performances of Aaron Gutierrez and Adrien Marquez.
"Gutierrez pitched a shutout in game one, leading Eastern Arizona to a 2-0 victory. Marquez took over the mound in game two, nearly pitching a complete game, with just one out left unaccounted for."
Jaren Ceasar's contribution was pivotal, sparking a 7-run rally in the third inning of game two. Ceasar finished the game 2-3 with 2 RBI's, helping Eastern Arizona secure the win.
EAC baseball are looking forward to their upcoming games against Paradise Valley and Pima CC.
