Head Coach Cameron Turner has announced the signing of 6'0 Freshman Guard Armari Carraway from Fresno, California.
"I am excited to coach Armari." Coach Turner said, "He is a true pg that can run the show, has great feel, and he is a winner. Winning a high school championship in California is impressive! His ability to shoot the ball and create for others will add a new dynamic to our team."
Armari is coming off a successful senior year that saw him named CMAC CO-MVP, All-Cif 2nd team, as well as a D2 California State Champion.
"I chose Eastern Arizona because it feels like a home-built culture," Carraway said, "I know that Eastern Arizona will get me ready for the next level!".
The 6'0 Wing averaged 20PPG, 6APG, and 4rbpg. Carraway shot 39% from 3 his senior year and was the leader of his team who finished as state champions with a 26-9 overall record!
