ACCAC DI Men's Basketball Post Season Awards

Eastern Arizona men's basketball wrapped up their regular season, clinching a 94-74 victory against Pima Community College on Monday, March 4. Led by Akok Machar's impressive 29 points, Kaden Ericksen's 7 rebounds, and Noah Ogoli's 15 points and 3 assists, the team showcased their dominance on the court. The game concluded with the customary "Cutting of the Net" ceremony, celebrating the title of ACCAC DI Conference Champions. 

Finishing with an outstanding 17-2 record in the conference and an overall record of 24-6, the team's achievements didn't go unnoticed. The ACCAC bestowed Head Coach Cameron Turner with the well-deserved title of Head Coach of the Year.

Individual players also received recognition for their outstanding performances throughout the season. Raysean Seamster earned a spot on the All-ACCAC 1st Team and All-Region 1st Team, while Tarrance Warren shone brightly, securing both All-ACCAC 1st Team and Freshman of the Year awards and All-Region 1st Team.

Dallon Morgan was honored with a position on the All-ACCAC 2nd Team.

Additionally, Akok Machar was named All-ACCAC 2nd Team and All-Region 2nd Team for DI. 

Looking ahead, Eastern Arizona men's basketball is gearing up for the upcoming semifinal round of regional playoffs. They are set to face off against Yavapai College at 7 pm in Guitteau Gymnasium this weekend, March 9, as they continue their quest for victory.
