Men's Basketball Win DI Region I Title

Eastern Arizona College's men's basketball team clashed with Cochise College in a tense matchup last night, keeping fans on the edge of their seats. The game was evenly contested, with both teams fighting for every point.

The Monsters secured a victory with a final score of 63-60 over Cochise College. The win is a significant achievement for Eastern Arizona College's men's basketball program, marking the first time since 1995 that they've clinched both the conference and region titles.  

"Gutsy Win! I am proud of these young men! They are connected as true brothers" says Coach Turner. 

Raysean Seamster's standout performance earned him the MVP title of the tournament and marked a career milestone as he reached 1000 points.

Looking ahead, the team is gearing up to face Salt Lake Community College in the NJCAA District Final on Saturday, March 16, at 7 pm. Let's Go Monsters!
