Lady Monsters Finish #3 in the Conference and Head into Playoffs on October 28th
On October 17th the Lady Monsters completed their regular season with a 6-0 win over Gateway Community College while on the road. The team was led by Emma Lindsey with two goals. Maria Antonia Coelho got the first goal of the match nearly 7 minutes in. Maria scored a second goal at 50 minutes earning her a brace. Kara Camp and Samantha Madrid scored the last two goals of the match.
The Lady Monsters finished #3 overall in the conference with a conference record of 9-2-1.
Emma Lindsey finished #1 in the conference with 58 points, 21 goals, and 16 assists and is presently #1 in the NJCAA on points.
Maddie Haslam finished #1 in the conference with 21 assists and is presently #1 in the NJCAA.
The first-year team has climbed into the #13 spot in the United States Soccer Coach Association poll.
