Kevin Kimball joined Eastern Arizona College as the Head Baseball Coach in July 2022 and is now entering his fourth season leading the Gila Monsters. He has 25 years of collegiate coaching experience, with his longest tenure at Phoenix College. Kimball holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Since taking over the program, Coach Kimball has led a strong resurgence for EAC Baseball. In his first season, the team posted its best overall record since 1999 and the most conference wins since 2002. Under his leadership, the program secured back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since the 1990s, highlighted by five walk-off victories. Academically, the team excelled with a 3.5 GPA. Several players have continued their athletic and academic careers at NCAA Division I and II programs.
