Bio

Coach De Paulo entered her first year as the Head Coach at Eastern Arizona College's women’s basketball program in 2022. Coach de Paulo was the assistant coach at Eastern Arizona College for the past two years and accumulated an overall record of 48-8. De Paulo has mentored a lot of players including two All-Americans, who have gone on to compete at the four-year level in all levels including Baylor and University of Kansas. Coach De Paulo was the 2022 WBCA two-year College assistant coach of the year.

In the 2020-2021 season, De Paulo helped lead the Lady Monsters to win the Regional 1 Championships and to the national tournament appearance. In her first year as the Head Coach in the 2022-2023 season De Paulo led the Monsters to a record of 29-1 overall and 21-1 in the conference. Coach De Paulo was named Region 1 Coach of the Year.

2023-24 season, Head Coach de Paulo was named ACCAC Coach of the Year for her team leading the conference 27-3 and winning the title of ACCAC DI Conference Champions. The team completed their season with an overall record of 30-6 after a journey to the NJCAA National Tournament led them to the final four. Coach de Paulo received the Alberta Lee Cox Sportsmanship award.  The São Paulo, Brazil native Coach De Paulo played two years at New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, NM she was NJCAA First Team All-American and WJCAC Region 5 player of the Year. After a great career at New Mexico Junior College De Paulo played two years of D1 basketball at Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
