Bio

In a coaching career that spanned more than three decades, Kate McCluskey established a legacy of elevating the game of softball, growing women’s sports, helping build a championship program, and giving back to the community. McCluskey will continue aiding the athletic program in her new role as Assistant Supervisor. 

"I am blessed to have amazing support and resources from Eastern Arizona College, and our fans, colleagues, family, and friends in the Gila Valley. My assistant coaches have carried me through the years and without each of them our successes would not be as great.

The Gila Valley and Eastern Arizona College have embraced me as a coach and our softball program for over 30 years. I graduated with a master’s degree from Western New Mexico University. I am a proud student and alumna from Eastern Arizona College and am a Gila Monster for life."
