EAC Men's Golf Dominates Gila Monster Open, Claims First Place

Eastern Arizona College's men's golf team delivered an outstanding performance at the Gila Monster Open, securing a first-place finish with a total score of 563 (-13). The team outshined their competition, with South Mountain finishing in second place at 577 (+1) and Chandler-Gilbert taking third at 603 (+27).

Freshman Derek McCoy and sophomore Adrian Raya led the way for the Monsters, both finishing at 5-under par to tie for first place in the individual standings.

4. Mesa CC – 607 (+31)

5. Paradise Valley CC – 623 (+47)

The Monsters will look to build on their success as they head to the Paradise Valley Golf Tournament on February 11-12 at Encanto Golf Course.
