The Lady Monsters defeated Northeastern Junior College with a strong 9-0 victory in Rock Springs, WY, on Thursday, August 19. Leading the charge was Kayme Smith, who netted a brace while goalkeeper Ashley Zaragoza anchored the defense, securing a well-earned shutout. Grace Abegg contributed two assists.
Coach Long commended the team's flexibility, highlighting their smooth transition from on traditional grass to playing on turf.
